is a not-for-profit organization that provides, physical, psychological and social support for people with cancer and
their families and caregivers. Our services and programs will include include fall prevention programs, mastectomy
apparel donations, restorative movement classes, educational workshops and charitable services when needed. |

can participate in the restorative fall prevention and cancer wellness programs? |
| A. | Any adult that has been
affected by a cancer diagnosis, seniors experiencing balance and mobility and range of motion issues and loved ones also come
to participate in programs. |

What does it cost to participate? |
| A: | All programs and services are FREE. Regenerations
Wellness Cancer Foundation is a not-for-profit organization and does not charge for any of its services. Financial support
is obtained through tax-deductible contributions from generous individuals, program participants, community-minded businesses,
charitable foundations, and from special fundraising events. |
| Q: | What kind of exercise
will I be doing in the movement sessions, and who are the Instructors?

| A: | Programs will include physical assessments,
address balance, coordination and range of motion issues, Circuit Training, (moving from station to station) Restorative Yoga/Pilates,
Laughter & Tai Chi, Touch Therapy, Healthy Steps. The restorative movement wellness programs have been specifically designed
and will be supervised by a qualified restorative wellness team of Certified Cancer Exercise Specialists, Master Fitness Trainers,
Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi Instructors dedicated to “Promoting Pathways to Recovery “ wellness activities, that
will promote restorative movement for individuals affected by the cancer experience. |
| Q: | If I don’t
want to be in a support group, can I still attend other programs? |
| A: | Support groups can helpful and offers hope
and renewal for people living with cancer, but, they are not for everyone. We invite you to attend any programs, workshops,
and educational presentations that you find helpful. . |

Do participants follow specific programs? |
| A: | Participants decide for themselves which wellness
programs will help them to be functionally fit and to do simple everyday tasks for a better quality
of life and well-being |

Is there research to support what you do? |
| A: | All the programs provided by Regenerations
Wellness Cancer are based on mind/body, psycho-social and restorative movement research which demonstrates the features
and benefits of participating in a restorative wellness program, for improved quality of life. |

wellness programs an an alternative to medical treatment? |
| A: | No. The program are not designed to replace traditionl
medical treatment, but to bridge conventional medical treatments to holistic mind and body intergration, through restorative
movement, support groups and wellness activities. the treatment prescribed by a patient’s healthcare team . Many
physicians refer their patients to Regenerations Wellness Cancer Foundation restorative wellness programs as complementarytherapy
to their medical regimen. |

Are medical services available throuh Regenerations Wellness Cancer Foundation? |
| A: | No. RWCF does not have
a medical staff. Our programs help people with cancer and their loved ones by providing a professional programs or emotional
support, education, and hope. All our support groups are led by trained and licenced professionals. |

| A: | Since our programs are free
of charge, you can best help us by donating funds or by volunteering your services, so that a bigger share of the donations
we receive can be used for participant programs. Here are some ways volunteers help our organization.

packets to physicians’ offices
